Where do your workers come from?
Our pools include qualified tradesmen based in the UAE and qualified tradesmen sourced in Indonesia. Each candidate is reviewed for the role and destination.
Do you provide language training?
Yes. We provide training through partner language institutions. The language, target level, training scope and evidence required are agreed for the assignment.
What do you need from the employer?
A demand letter or role brief covering the job, headcount, location, tasks, pay, hours, qualifications, certificates and language needs. Our form lets you provide these details in stages.
Is a demand letter enough for a worker to start?
No. It begins the recruitment discussion. The job offer, employment terms and required permission to work must be confirmed before work starts.
Are the requirements the same for Germany and Croatia?
The forms use the same fields and options. Recognition, language, employment and permit requirements are reviewed separately for each destination and candidate.
Can we interview and assess candidates?
Yes. We agree interviews and any assessment for the role, then share relevant evidence privately. Your business makes the hiring decision.
Who pays for recruitment?
The employer or agency client pays. Workers pay no recruitment fees.
How much does recruitment cost?
We provide a written proposal after reviewing your requirement. It sets out the services, responsibilities, fees and payment terms before you authorise the assignment.
How long will recruitment take?
The plan depends on the vacancy, preparation, document readiness and authority decisions. We discuss the expected stages and dependencies for your assignment.
What happens after arrival?
The employer confirms permission to work and completes the required local employment and onboarding steps. We coordinate the arrival and follow-up included in your agreement.
Can a Croatian employer contact Dorson directly?
Yes. Select Croatia in the requirements or meeting form. We discuss the local agency arrangements appropriate to your requirement.
Can we speak before preparing a demand letter?
Yes. Request a Google Meet and tell us the roles and destination. We can discuss what information is needed to begin.
