FROM DEMAND LETTER TO FIRST DAY
A clear process from first request to first day.
Send a demand letter or complete our worker requirements form. We agree the scope, the evidence to review and the responsibilities for each stage.
Stage 1: Send the demand letter
Send your job demand letter or complete the worker requirements form. Include the roles, headcount, work location and proposed employment conditions.
Stage 2: Agree the requirement and scope
We clarify the job, evidence, preparation and responsibilities, then provide the proposed recruitment scope and commercial terms in writing.
Stage 3: Source and screen candidates
We search the UAE and Indonesian pools and review relevant experience, qualifications, certificates and current language evidence.
Stage 4: Interview and select
You review suitable profiles privately, interview candidates and agree any practical assessment. Your business decides whom to take forward.
Stage 5: Confirm the offer and preparation plan
The employing business issues the job offer and employment terms. The parties confirm the candidate’s acceptance, preparation needs and intended route.
Stage 6: Prepare language and documents
We coordinate the agreed training through partner language institutions and the document preparation, translations and relevant checks required for the case.
Stage 7: Complete the authorisation process
The responsible parties prepare and submit the required applications. Authorities decide on recognition, visas and work or residence permission where applicable.
Stage 8: Plan travel and arrival
Once the necessary authorisations are in place, the parties confirm travel, arrival, accommodation and the receiving contact under the agreed scope.
Stage 9: Confirm permission and complete onboarding
Before work starts, the employer checks the applicable right to work and completes the required local employment, safety and induction arrangements.
Stage 10: The worker starts work
The worker joins the agreed role with the employing business. Dorson coordinates the start confirmation and follow-up included in the assignment.
Stages can overlap. Timing depends on the role, preparation and the relevant authority decisions.
